Functional Patterns is a training methodology that was founded in 2006 by CEO Naudi Aguilar.

Its focus and success orient around restoring biomechanics efficiency in a way that aligns with our evolutionary blueprint. FP’s approach to training is to improve natural movement patterns (Standing, Walking, Running and Throwing) by training the body as an integrated system.
